History   

St-Laurent Academy opened its doors in 2005 at the St. Laurent Complex in Ottawa, offering a much needed bilingual daycare program. Our daycare program soon grew to include full-day Kindergarten, and we added an entirely french preschool and kindergaten room to serve the areas Francophone market.  

In 2007, St-Laurent Academy Elementary & Junior High private school, opened its doors at our second campus in the Manor Park area, offering English and French programs to students from Kindergarten to Grade 8. For the last two years St-Laurent Academy has operated these 2 campuses.

In January 2011, we moved into a beautiful school building located at 641 Sladen Ave. We are now able to offer our students a full sized gym, a multipurpose room, a large computer lab, a library, and large sun-filled classrooms. 

We are also still within walking distance from our famous Outdoor Classroom. Our daycare students have their own wing, and with the added space we have been able to open an Infant Program for children as young as 10 months.
